About Me

In retrospect, it was most likely the desire to stop the world for a second that led me to pick up a camera.

My obsessive relationship with photography is nourished by the documentary impulse - the need to experience, explore and document my surroundings through the means of photography.

To guide my creative process, I developed the Newest Objectivity:

The photographer’s voice is articulated through a precise, purpose-driven visual language.

The camera is blind, but the photographer’s vision makes it see.

The photograph is silent, but the story makes it roar.

Photography is the promise of eternity, but it reveals the flow of time.
